Ez96 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using ez96's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

The ez96 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you declare that you meet the required age limit and take full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.
Ez96 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on our website. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on ez96. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately.
Ez96 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including by requesting valid proof of identification such as a Malaysian identity card or passport.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ez96 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. ez96 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ez96 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violating any of the terms set out in this document
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's systems
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an ez96 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You also agree not to:

4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ez96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the most commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia to make deposits and withdrawals straightforward for our users.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed. ez96 reserves the right to withhold or reject any withdrawal request that is deemed suspicious or does not comply with the required identity verification procedures.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. ez96 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to ez96 within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be able to be processed.

Ez96 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ez96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, service disruptions, technical errors, data loss, or financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ez96 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of ez96 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from ez96.
Using the ez96 brand name for commercial purposes, advertising, or identity misrepresentation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The ez96 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ez96 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
